SPI capture error

Hi,

I’m trying to capture traffic (VMK) from a TPM chip, SLB 9670VQ2.0 to be exact. Documentation for the chip can be found at https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/Infineon-SLB%209670VQ2.0-DataSheet-v01_04-EN.pdf?fileId=5546d4626fc1ce0b016fc78270350cd6

Here is the settings I’m using for the SPI analyzer, as I believe this correspond with the chip documentation:

When analyzing, all data is being marked as “The initial (idle) state of the CLK line does not match the settings” as documented here; SPI Analyzer - User Guide | Saleae Support

When changing enable (CS) to “None” I’m getting a lot of data, but this is probably because the SPI bus is shared among other devices in the computer.

What can I do to analyze only the TPM data?

After posting this I studied the screenshots and saw that the MISO line didn’t have any data… The probe was not connected properly  - I will connect it properly and do some more diggin’
