I’ve added the “Re Search” HLA extension that uses a regular expression to match data from a LLA and show the matched text. This is handy for pulling out strings of interest and making them easy to find and navigate between.
The first version works well for ASCII text from the async serial LLA. Re Search notionally works with data from other analyzers than async serial, but it could use being smarter about handling I2C data and addresses so that they are searchable as hex sequences or some such. Let me know what your use case is and how you’d like the data to look for matching if I2C, SPI or some other LLA is of interest and doesn’t work for you at present.
