Looks like the Visual C++ (2022) redistributable prerequisite wasn’t found (or wasn’t accessible) during the install. Do you have admin permissions, company IT policies, and/or antivirus software that might interfere with the installation?
Note: You can also download and install vc_redist.x64.exe directly, from:
… assuming that is the only issue. You can also check the folder in the error message and see if the expected file(s) are present, or not.
Hi @evgenij.rakhno thanks for reporting this.
Now that you bring this up, our installer only attempts to install that if it’s not already installed on your system. We recently upgraded to VC++ 2022 in the last release, and there is a small chance that when we tested the installer, we didn’t actually remove the VC++ 2022 redistributable properly first!
We’ll test that again over here.
In the meantime, @BitBob is correct, if you manually download and install the Visual Studio C++ Redistributable, our installer will detect that and skip that step during installation.
Sorry for the trouble! Let us know if you still have trouble with it after manually installing.
I press “skip” (or something like this), but during installation I have similar message one more time, but I also press “skip” ![]()
after this software installed and worked well ![]()
