The readings should be 0x55, as correctly shown in the SPI trace. I am using version 2.2.11.
Sounds like the same problem as the one discussed under the main 2.2.11 topic: Logic 2.2.11 - most analyzers were stubbed to get a clean compile, so they always return zero in the decoder.
