Sorry for the trouble with this, we still need to add these features to Logic MSO. It’s on the list.
In the short term though, you can right-click a timing marker pair and select “zoom on pair” then export with the “visible screen” range selected. However the zoom feature will zoom out a touch past the pairs range, so the export file will contain a bit more data than that.
