thank you for walking me through this and enlighten me!
Yes, I did a mistake in selecting the wrong operation voltage. On some reason I thought I would set hysteresis, not the operation voltage, which was wrong. I’m running a 3V3 System.
I’ve this feeling there is no such easy way to check if there is a faulty setting? Like an hint: “Dear user, the measured voltage on all channels is of limit, you might want to consider changing the voltage to #n,n V”
the idea was to have a small excerpt of a huge file, which could be easily attached to ticket in a ticket system or a e-mail. For example have a 2 GB trace and I want to put excerpt A, B, C in one file. Just say they are small like some MB. This was the former suggestion. One file with 3 excerpts A, B and C compressed to the bare minimum of Data and the maximum of information.
I can, as you told, imagine that this is some massive work for probably a small seldom used benefit. You suggested to just implement the stripping of huge file to say e.g. excerpt A. Excerpt B and C would then derive on the same way from the source file. I as a user would then have three files, one with excerpt A, B and C. I could now attach those three small files to my ticket and be actually really happy!
This suggestion is about the [Annotations]. You can set Timing Markers and also set those nice Timing Pairs.
Imagine I could have a small sample file attach to a ticket with some Timing Markers set. It would be nice for the recipient of the ticket to have some comments to those markers. So the suggestion is to integrate a possibility to annotate those markers.
Thanks for the detailed explanation. We’ll probably start with only trimming from the beginning and the end, but we’ll definitely add that to the feature requests list (we’ll also share the list here at some point).
So the suggestion is to integrate a possibility to annotate those markers.
