The Logic hardware has very little input hysteresis so it may see glitches where the actual hardware is unaffected. It is easy to set a glitch filter in the device settings below the sample mode settings.
This must be done before recording data however.
Note that you need to set the sampling rate for analog inputs about 10x faster than the highest signal frequency you want to record. Sampling analog data is not the same as sampling digital data. If you wanted a reasonable representation of a 500kHz digital signal recorded as analog data you would need to sample at 5MHz. This is a sampling theory limitation rather than a function of the recording hardware.
