Same signal on different channel

I use Logic Pro 16 to check UART (tx/rx/cts/rts) on my device (board) and it works well. However, in one day, it shows the same signal on different channel but I connect in the same way as before. The same signal sometimes also appears on RTS.

I have tried to connect ground pins for each channel (tx/rx/cts/rts) but it shows the same signal on different channel and is still not OK. I have also tried to connect it to UART on different device (board), but it shows the same signal on different channel and it is not OK either. I also tried to connect with different wires and hooks, but it is still not OK.

I have no idea what’s going on. What could make this problem?

I fix this problem.
I connect Saleae to another computer and it is all OK. I try to power down the original computer and reboot again, Saleae can work well on it now.
