I am using a huawei matebook e go device on windows arm. The arm version of the app has been installed correctly, and the device drivers are being installed. However, as soon as I open the app, I hear a device reconnecting sound, and the app displays an error message indicating a connection failure. In the device manager, there is an exclamation mark appearing. How can I resolve this issue?
I have found a solution to the problem. You need to run the program with the analyzer connected to the device. Once the program reports an error connecting to the analyzer, you need to go to the device manager. There, you will find the analyzer with an exclamation mark, right-click on it and select “disable device.” After about 5 seconds, right-click again and select “enable device.” With a 90% chance of getting the error again, repeat the process of disabling and enabling the device. With a 100% probability, the program successfully finds the analyzer and works normally the second time.
@comonomon Glad you were able to find a workaround! Sorry for the trouble with that… we’ll investigate this.
