Logic 2.4.22 crashes opening Device Settings

Hello,
New here so if this is already posted let me know. Today I am getting my new laptop setup and Logic 2.4.22 Windows 10 is crashing when I try to click on the device settings. Any ideas on how to get around this, I need to get started testing today.

** Update **
I found the older download but it won’t let me have both installed… that’s a bother that the installer won’t let me have more versions.

Sorry to hear that you are seeing issues with 2.4.22. Is the entire application closing when you open the device settings?

If you have anonymous data usage enabled, I can see if we have any crash reports on our end by getting your machine id. You can find your machine id in the Help > About dialog - you can post it here, or send it to me directly.

Yes I do and I submitted 3 reports today.

Any updates? It would be nice to use it this week. as it is it’s almost unusable as I can’t setup the channels and add measurements.

@gottodo1 Sorry for the delay in our reply! As @huffman requested previously, can you share with us your machine id? We’ll need that to look up any uploaded error reports from you PC. You can find your machine id in the Help > About dialog in the software.
