Created a PR on the Serial Analyzer repo

Hello,
I don’t really know if this is the correct category but I think it matches.
A month ago, I opened a PR on the github repo for the serial (UART) analyzer.
It mainly fixes typos, missing casts, and replaces some deprecated features.

It would be nice if someone could check it out !

@louisD Thanks for the reminder, and for helping with providing those fixes! Recently, we haven’t had a chance to review submitted PRs. In addition to the public PR you’ve posted, I’ve put this on our internal backlog for review as well.
