Popups with measurement values are cropped by other channels

Hello.

I’ve found a UI layout issue — popups with measurement values are not rendered on top of everything and are cropped by other channel lanes.

@mykola Thanks for catching that! I was quickly able to reproduce this bug over here. It looks like we’re not properly overlaying that measurement box. I’ll get this on the backlog.

Hi @mykola , thanks for reporting this! We broke this unknowingly when fixing a different issue. I’ve fixed it internally, and it will be in the next release, which should be coming out this week or early next week.
