Not able to calibrate LOgic Pro 16

Dear Team,

For one of the old device we are getting the attached error while try to download the calibration certificate… could you pls help me on this…

Which version of the Logic software are you using? I used to see problems like this with the v1.2.14, but no longer with the 2.x’s.

The ‘fix’ was to install v1.2.13, run it (so it would download the calibration data) and then upgrade to the latest version.

@uva.skt Sorry about this! it looks like the software was having trouble connecting to our calibration server.

You can download your calibration file manually below:
http://downloads.saleae.com/calibration/e88176717ecf5da4.cal

Afterwards, you can install it per the instructions below:


Place the .cal file in the software’s calibration folder.
  • Windows: %APPDATA%\Saleae LLC\Logic\Calibration

  • OSX: /Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/Saleae/Calibration

  • Linux: Calibration folder alongside Logic executable
