Way to Apply Scale or Gain to Analog Channels?

Is there a simple way to apply simple scale or gain to an input in real time?
For example if we are measuring a signal and want to multiply by 2. Seems like a simple feature ?

Or can this be easily done by a HLA or extension ? not clear to me thanks
